Ruzanna Chitchyan

Ruzanna Chitchyan is an Associate Professor (Reader) at the University of Bristol. Ruzanna works on software and requirements engineering for sustainability, with focus on energy systems. As lead of the national skills needs assessment lead of the EnergyREV consortium, Ruzanna was responsible for eliciting the emergent skills needed to enable UK’s transition to the local clean energy systems, and providing a solution for forecasting the magnitude of potential skills shortages in order to provide timely advice on the necessary teaching and training provision. Such timely teaching and training provision is intended to help avoid the otherwise expected skills shortages.
